The Livingston 1 is constructed using a robust twin skin log cabin wall system. This includes a 44mm structural wall, a 94mm cavity designed for waterproofing and insulation, and a 19mm internal log wall cladding, ensuring durability and energy efficiency.

We will provide drawings and documentation for you to take to your local council to see if you need council approval for the build and what requirements you will need to meet to get council approval.

Based on your council requirements you may need to engage an architect and engineer to produce drawings to lodge to council. Please discuss this with your sales representative and we can help.
